Please arrive 5 mins before the time of your appointment.  Sometimes you may be running late, it happens.  If you think you will be more than 10 minutes late, please get in touch to let me know.

Question 2

How do I get in to Tribe Porty?

When you arrive at Tribe Porty there are double yellow doors.  Press the buzzer marked "Portobello Natural Health".  I will answer and let you in.  Head up the stairs on your left to the hub.

Access

The clinic is on the first floor, up one set of stairs.  There is a chair lift, if required.

Question 4

Payment

Accepted Answer

The appointment can be paid for with card, cash or bank transfer.  Funds can be pre-paid when you book online, otherwise they are expected at time of service.

Cancellations

If you become unable to make your appointment, please get in touch ASAP to re-schedule or cancel.  Appointments cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment will be charged and no shows charged the full costs.  Exceptions apply.

Parking

You can still park in Portobello for free.  It can be busy on Windsor Place, so please allow time to find a space.

Clothing

Accepted Answer

The majority of clients remove most of their clothing, but it is ultimately your decision, decided around your comfort levels. I leave the room while you undress and get onto the table and under the drapes. You remain covered during the session apart from the area being worked on.

Mobility during the Session

Sometimes you may not be able to lay face down,  or on a certain side.  I have lots of experience in treating the body side-lying, face up or inclined.  The massage couch is electric, so can be brought down to make it easy to get on and off.
